Please note our standard workshop processing times before shipment: in-stock items undergo a rigorous quality inspection for 2 to 4 business days, while custom-engraved or personalized artisan work requires 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, standard domestic transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your state.

Returns
We stand behind the quality of our steel. We offer a clear 30-day return window from the day your shipment is delivered. To qualify for a complete refund or exchange, the blade must be returned to us in 100% mint, unused, and unsharpened condition, packed in its original box with its custom genuine leather sheath. Custom-engraved or personalized blades are final sale and cannot be returned unless a structural manufacturing defect is present.
How to Return an Item
- To initiate a domestic return, please email our support team at theknivesworld63@gmail.com with your original order number and clear photographs showing the current condition of the blade. Once verified, we will provide you with the return authorization and the shipping details for our New Jersey warehouse. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and we recommend using a trackable service to guarantee arrival.
