Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we process orders quickly to get your blades shipped out, cancellations or modifications to standard items must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. For custom-engraved or personalized items, cancellations are not permitted once our workshop has begun the crafting process.
How long do custom or engraved orders take?
Standard items are prepared and quality-inspected within 2 to 4 business days. If you request custom laser engravings, acid-etched name runes, or personalized handles, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days of processing time before your order is dispatched.
Is there an age requirement to purchase from your store?
Yes. By placing an order with The Knives World, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to purchase and own bladed items, hunting knives, or axes in your state and local municipality.

Where do you ship from and do you offer international delivery?
We are a US-based company operating out of New Jersey. We currently focus strictly on US domestic shipping across all 50 states to ensure legal compliance and safe transit. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $200. For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight. Once your item clears our workshop inspection, standard domestic transit takes 3 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you instantly upon dispatch.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the blade must be completely unused, unsharpened, and in its original packaging along with its custom genuine leather sheath. Custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email our support team at theknivesworld63@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the current condition of the blade. Once our desk approves the request, we will send you the authorization details and address for our New Jersey return warehouse.

Why was my credit card transaction declined?
